Proud declaration,

Speaking of accomplishment,

Boastful words are shared.

Enjoy all of your success.

Dues paid and you deserve it…

Follow Your Gut

Special thanks to my collaborator on this Rengay, Anthony, mylovexpressionsblog.wordpress.com

Knowing without thought,

Instinct guiding the actions,

Intuitive feel.

Have faith and trust in your gut.

It hasn’t let you down yet…

Fluent in Profanity

Special thanks to my collaborator on this Rengay, Anthony, mylovexpressionsblog.wordpress.com

Cursing in anger,

Expletive of frustration,

Goddamn it all now.

Son of a biscuit eater

Make harsh moments easier…

Challenges, Poetry

Whispers of Change

In my mind, the thoughts reside,
Hosting echoes, hard to bide.
For years they’ve danced, both dark and bright,
I work each day to find the light.

Rewiring paths, a steady quest,
Though struggles rise, I do my best.
With every dawn, new hope I find,
Improvements bloom within my mind.

One Passion

art

In colors and lines, I find respite,
A world of my own, where I take flight.
They say to sell, to share my art,
But doubts creep in, whispering in my heart.

Keychains and prints, a tempting call,
Yet I wonder if I’m ready at all.
My therapist nudges, “Just take that leap,”
But where do I start? The questions run deep.

In each stroke, I chase away the fear,
Creating my haven, a space so dear.
Perhaps one day, I’ll find the way,
To share my passion, come what may.

Poetry, Three Things Challenge

Snap, Crackle, Pop

Your three words today are:
SNAP
CRACKLE
POP

Snap, Crackle, pop and you don’t stop,
Morning’s here, let the world hop.
Cereal crunch and milk so cold,
A delightful breakfast tale unfolds.

Taste the magic, bite by bite,
Each little puff, a morning delight.
With every crunch, our spirits rise,
A joyful start, beneath the skies.

Snap, Crackle, pop, the day’s begun,
Adventures await, oh what fun!
So fill your bowl, take a seat,
Life’s simple pleasures are oh so sweet.

Poetry

Graceful Ribbons

Ribbons in the wind,
Graceful arcs and loops that bind,
Gifts wrapped in beauty.

Whispers of color dance and sway,
Tales of joy in bright array,
Nature’s embellishments at play.
