Embracing the Light

In a world where thoughts can race,
Sometimes we need a softer space.
A gentle hand, a knowing ear,
To help us through the doubt and fear.

When shadows fall, and skies turn gray,
Take a breath, it’s okay to sway.
Your feelings matter, let them flow,
Like rivers carve the land below.

Each day is new, a fresh start found,
With tiny steps, we stand our ground.
It’s okay to feel both joy and pain,
Like sunshine mixed with gentle rain.

So reach for help, don’t be shy,
You’re not alone, just look up high.
With love and care, we’ll find our way,
Together, brighter comes the day.
