Embracing the Struggle

Frustration sets in, words caught in flight,
Need to say them, but they don’t come out right.
Misunderstood whispers, lost in the air,
Thought I was improving, but do I dare?

Each fix feels like labor, each word a retreat,
Struggling to express what’s deep and discreet.
Yet in every stumble, a flicker of light,
I’ll embrace my own voice, finding strength in the fight.

Childish Tantrum

Really a tantrum

Over things you can’t change

Not a child

But you are acting like one

Over something silly

Oh, the frustration

No Mulligans for Mistakes

Oh, the Frustration
While driving many thoughts come
Nowhere to put them

Deep inside, I feel so dumb
I wish I could reverse time…
