Are you a leader or a follower?
At work, I see myself as a leader, capable of making tough decisions and confident in my abilities. I believe in taking charge and guiding my team to success. I have a natural inclination towards leadership and am comfortable in this role.
However, outside of work, I tend to be more of a follower. This tendency comes from my habit of trying to please everyone and avoid conflict. I’ve realized that this behavior has led me to neglect my own needs by saying yes to everything. I’m actively working on overcoming this people-pleasing tendency and learning to prioritize my well-being.
I’ve been making progress in putting my needs first and have seen positive growth in this area. While I’ve improved, I acknowledge that there’s always room for further development, and I’m committed to continuous improvement.

I am a people pleaser, too. I have curved it a lot recently, though. It is not easy. The guilt I feel for saying no at times is bad. But I have to remember that I am worth me saying no to someone else for my own well-being.
