Mercy
Oh, mercy me, the times we are living in,
Natural disasters, food being stolen,
No one seems to care about anyone else but themselves,
I am scared for what lies ahead.
The world seems to be in disarray,
With troubles and worries at every turn,
It’s hard to find a sense of peace,
When so much around us seems to burn.
Oh mercy me, the times we are living in,
Let’s strive for kindness and empathy,
For in caring for each other,
We can create a better world for you and me.

I agree, this is a sad age of narcissism and disaster that we are living in right now. If things don’t change we’re doomed…
Yes, things are sad right now and things need to change.
People need to realize there is more than themselves. There’s a much bigger better thing out there.
I agree people to care about others as well. We all need to live in this world, and it would be better to recognize more than ourselves.
If we don’t, we are doomed as a race (human) as a society as a people.
