My day began with a therapy appointment, and I have to say it was exactly what I needed. Dr. B provided valuable insights that helped me work through the challenges I’ve been facing with my social anxiety. It felt good to talk openly about my feelings and learn new strategies for managing my anxiety. As part of the session, I received some homework—yay! 😂
After the appointment, I spent some time working on my artwork, which was fantastic. I haven’t had the opportunity to immerse myself in my creative projects for quite a while, and it felt refreshing to express myself through art again. I find that creating helps me relax and serves as a wonderful outlet for my emotions.
Once I finish my artwork, I’ll be sure to share it with everyone. Overall, it’s been a fulfilling day, and I feel optimistic about what’s ahead.

Yes, therapy has been my saving grace the last couple of years. I finally had someone understand what I was going through and couldn’t just get over it. I can’t wait to shoe my work as well.
