Mindfulness isn’t about sitting cross-legged for hours or clearing your mind of every thought. It’s simply about being present—really noticing your coffee in the morning, tuning in to your breath when things feel overwhelming, or savoring a good laugh. Tiny pauses like these can make your day feel lighter and more connected. I think it is more complicated than it sounds, but I keep giving it a shot.
