I haven’t posted any of my art in a while, so I decided to post this bad boy. I love how they came out, but I did make a few coloring errors which I will learn from. Despite the coloring errors, I’m proud of the overall outcome and I can’t wait to apply the lessons learned to my future projects.
Bamm Bamm with his strength untold, From the Flintstones, a heart of gold. With a club in hand, and a joyful shout, He’s always ready to help out.
A child of stone, so mighty and tough, But deep down inside, he’s gentle enough. With Pebbles, his love is clear to see, A friendship that’s as strong as can be.
Within you, a vibrant hue, Each color whispers a tale true. A dash of red, bold and fierce, With passion burning, never to pierce. Blue like the sea, calm and deep, Hiding emotions, secrets they keep. Yellow shines, a ray of cheer, Spreading warmth, dispelling fear. Green like the earth, ever serene, Nurturing life, a tranquil scene. In every soul, this vibrant blend, A rainbow of colors, without end.
In the forest deep and green, Lives a bear, not very serene. Grumpy is his name, you see, With a frown as big as can be.
He grumbles and growls all day, Chasing joy and laughter away. But deep inside, he longs for cheer, Hoping happiness will soon appear.
With friends by his side, he starts to learn, That love and caring are things he can earn. Though grumpy he may always seem, In his heart, he holds a caring dream.
Squirtle, with a shell so blue, A water type, so cool and true. From its tiny form to a mighty Blastoise, It’s a journey of strength, no need to think twice.
With a mischievous grin and eyes so bright, Squirtle’s adventures are a wondrous sight. In battles bold, it gives its all, For friends and trainers, it stands tall.
In a patch of round pumpkins, one stood square, Different and unique, but beyond compare. It inspired others to embrace what makes them distinct, For in being true to ourselves, we find strength to coexist.
Oh, sweet and juicy strawberry, So bright and full of flavor, Your red hue and tender flesh, Fill my senses with joy and savor, From fields to my plate, You bring delight that’s true, In desserts and snacks, Oh strawberry, how I love you!
Saturday my friend and I attended a paint and sip event where we each painted our own golden tropics. We had a wonderful time. The instructor was patient and explained the instructions clearly. I definitely plan to attend another event hosted by her.
There once was a person named Serenity Who dressed up with such splendid amenity In gowns made of silk And suits smooth as milk Their stylishness was quite the identity
There once was a chubby young miss Whose dream was pure bliss To be popular and adored By all those she adored But unique she was, true as a kiss
Her laughter bubbled like a stream Her kindness a radiant beam But the girls at school Were awfully cruel Mocking her size, so mean
She tried to fit in, oh how she tried But her uniqueness could not hide Her love for books and art Set her apart But still, she yearned to be by their side
One day she decided no more To change who she was at her core With confidence and grace She embraced her own space And in that, she found so much more
For the boys and girls soon saw Her true beauty, without flaw Unafraid to be herself She found a wealth Of friends who loved her for all
Now the chubby girl who was once shy Shines bright, reaching for the sky Her uniqueness, her power In every single hour She’s popular, not just to comply
So remember, my dear, be true To yourself, always be you For your uniqueness is beauty A gift, not a duty Cherish it, let it shine through
