LEGAL
MOTOR
NOTHING

In a courtroom for something quite legal,
A lawyer drove in on a motor vehicle,
But tripped on his tie,
And with a loud sigh,
Declared, “I’ve got nothing, this case is unfeasible!”

Whispers of Hope: Three thing Challenge #M981

Your three words today are:
CRUSH
CURTAIL
CRUMB

In shadows we crush,
The dreams that dare to take flight,
Voices softly call,
Yet the weight of doubt is strong,
Hope’s light flickers in the night.

We must curtail fear,
As whispers scatter like crumbs,
Each step, a new chance,
To gather pieces of hope,
Rebuild what once seemed so lost.

VALIANT
VERIFY
WATER

In the heart of a forest, where whispers grow loud,
A valiant knight stood, steadfast and proud.
With armor that gleamed in the soft morning light,
He ventured forth boldly, ready to fight.

His quest was a journey through valleys and glens,
To verify tales of old, where the river bends.
For legend spoke deep of a magical spring,
Where water flowed freely, and hope it would bring.

With courage unwavering, he crossed every stream,
Each drop a reminder of the world’s quiet dream.
He knew in his heart, as he wandered the way,
That bravery often leads us astray.

Yet still he pressed on, through shadows and fears,
With the promise of water to wash away tears.
So, under the stars, with the night drawing near,
The valiant knight whispered, “My purpose is clear.”

For life’s greatest battles are fought not with sword,
But in searching for truth, and with hope as our ward.
So he followed the river, and as dawn did arise,
He found not just water, but a treasure—the skies.

In the cozy glow of amber light,
Aunt whispers tales that dance in the night.
By the warmth of ash, softly they gleam,
In laughter and love, we weave our dream.

With every story, a memory stirs,
As comfort and joy in our hearts gently blurs.
So here’s to the moments we cherish and hold,
With Aunt by our side, our spirits are bold.

JAUNT
JOKE
KETTLE

On a sunny day, I set out for a jaunt,
With a kettle in hand, not a single bad haunt.
I wandered through fields of daisies and thyme,
Thinking of jokes that would tickle, sublime.

I met a bold rabbit who wore a fine hat,
He said with a grin, “You’re a curious brat!
What’s round, burbles, and boils every day?”
I laughed out loud, “It’s your kettle, I say!”

We shared silly jokes, like the one with the fox,
Who tried to bake bread but got stuck in a box.
With each hearty laugh, our worries took flight,
On that joyful jaunt, everything felt right.

So here’s to the kettle, the jaunt, and a joke,
Where laughter’s the magic that brings all folks stoke.
A day filled with smiles, in the sun’s warm embrace,
Let’s dance and let laughter sprout all over the place!

ERUPT
FLINCH
FICKLE

When loud voices erupt, I flinch away,
In a storm of chaos, where shadows play.
The world spins wildly, emotions fickle,
Like whispered secrets that fade and trickle.

Yet beneath the thunder, a soft light glows,
A calm heart whispers through highs and lows.
I’ll find my footing, amidst the fray,
Learning to dance in life’s grand ballet.

Though voices may clash like a tempest’s call,
I’ll stand my ground, I won’t fear the fall.
For in the turmoil, there’s strength to be found,
In the silence that follows, my heart will rebound.

ALLOW
AUDIT
BEND

In a kitchen where chaos was hard to mend,
Ned tried to bake cookies, but what a trend!
“Allow me some sugar!” he shouted with cheer,
While mixing so wildly, he spilled everywhere.

“I’ll audit this recipe!” he proclaimed with a grin,
But the cookies came out looking more like a sin.
Though lumpy and weird, they all took a bite,
And in laughter, they found that the cookies were alright!

VILE
WET
YOUTH

In a village so vile, where the mud puddles lay,
Lived a gang of young critters, all eager to play.
With squishy wet shoes that squashed as they ran,
Chasing raindrops and rainbows, oh, what a plan!

The youth of the town, with laughter so loud,
Jumped into the muck, oh, they felt so proud.
With squelching and sliding, they danced with delight,
Creating a symphony of splash, what a sight!

But one little frog, with a mischievous grin,
Said, “Let’s have a contest to see who can win!
We’ll leap through the puddles, let’s see who can twirl,
In this wet, vile kingdom, let our joy unfurl!”

So they bounced and they hopped, in the gloopy, wet mire,
With hearts filled with youth and a spark of desire.
For in every vile puddle, with a splash and a cheer,
They found not just water, but friendship so dear!

The final test was drawing near,
I felt the weight, the surge of fear.
To ace this test, my only goal,
To shine brightly, to take control.

With all my willpower, I strive,
To make my dreams and hopes alive.
For in this moment, I will see,
The star of my life, it’s meant to be

JUNK
KILL
LEARN

In a cluttered room full of junk,
I found a treasure, not just a hunk!
With a playful grin, I chose to learn,
That beauty’s in chaos, waiting its turn.

No need to kill dreams with thoughts of despair,
Instead, let’s play and breathe in the air!
For every shiny trinket, a lesson to glean,
In the wild mess of life, we find what we mean.

INEPT

In shadows where whispers softly haunt,
A wish upon a star I long to grant.
But dreams may falter as I stand inept,
Stumbling through the darkness, where hopes are kept.

Yet in the night, there’s a glimmer of light,
A promise that shines, dispelling the fright.
For even the lost can find their own way,
And rise from the ashes to greet a new day.

DEXTROUS
EARN
FLOSS

In a land where the dextrous fairies play,
They dance and twirl in a magical ballet.
With sparkles of dust, they earn their bright crowns,
While giggling and spinning in their colorful gowns.

They use their fine skills to floss in the sky,
Making rainbows appear as they swiftly fly by.
So, if you see fairies with glittery gloss,
Join in the fun—don’t forget to floss!
