Solitude is what I need
But unable to do so,
Many people pulling me
In different directions—
What am I to do?
A whisper of silence calls,
Yet chaos fills the air,
With every voice that beckons,
I feel the weight of care.
I seek a quiet moment,
A place to catch my breath,
Where thoughts can flow like water,
Untangled, free from stress.
But in this bustling whirlwind,
I’ll find a little space,
To ground myself in stillness,
And embrace my slower pace.
For in the heart of chaos,
A spark of peace can grow,
And solitude can blossom,
In pockets, soft and slow.
So here, amidst the noise,
I’ll carve my sanctuary,
And cherish every heartbeat,
In sweet, sweet reverie.
