Dancing Among the Stars

There once was a girl named Michelle,
Whose dream was to dance, can you tell?
On the moon she’d moonwalk,
In zero-G she’d gawk,
And in starlight, she’d twirl and excel!

Height Variation

Did you know that when you wake up in the morning, you are about one centimeter taller? This is because your spine decompresses while you sleep, but during the day, gravity compresses it again.

    The Whimsical Wonder

    Your three words today are:
    ITEM
    THING
    NOVELTY

In a shop of wacky dreams,
Where oddities burst at the seams,
An item sat with a silly grin,
A thing that danced, let the fun begin!

A novelty toy, red and blue,
Wiggled and jiggled like it knew,
With a honk and a wiggle, it stole the show,
This playful oddball, the star of the glow!

    Mission of Light

In the quiet of the night,
She set out on her way,
A mission to find the bright,
To chase the dark thoughts away.

With each step, she felt the weight,
    Of shadows trying to bind,
But deep inside, she found her fate,
A sparkle whispered, “You will find.”

Through valleys low and hills so high,
She sought the light that shines,
With hope like stars up in the sky,
She left behind the dark confines.

Her heart began to sing anew,
    As joy replaced the fear,
Each moment felt like morning dew,
    A fresh start drawing near.

So if you wander, lost in night,
    Remember her brave quest,
For within each soul, there’s hidden light,
And in that truth, we’re blessed.

    Max the Crafty Cat

    Your three words today are:
    CRAFTY
    NIPPY
    CHEEKY

In a town where the weather was chilly and nippy,
Lived a cat named Max, oh so crafty and cheeky.
With a flick of his tail, he’d cause such a fuss,
Sneaking treats and toys, oh, he loved to make a mess!

One fine day, he dared Rufus, the dog,
To a race by the shed—oh, what a slog!
Max dashed off so quick, leaving poor Rufus confused,
Crafty and cheeky, he simply refused to lose!

So here’s to dear Max, with his playful little ways,
In a world full of laughter, he brightens our days!

    Chasing Glamour

Victoria had a dream so bright,
She longed for things that sparkled in light.
With style and grace, she made her stand,
For swanky treasures, she had it planned.

No simple joys could catch her eye,
She reached for glamour that soared high.
In every shop, her heart would race,
    Chasing glitz in every place.

With swanky clothes and shiny shoes,
She knew her worth, she’d never lose.
For in her world of shimmering finds,
Victoria sought the best that shines.

    Wings of Dawn

In the dawn’s gentle hue, the world awakens,
With whispers of dreams that the night has shaken.
Up above, where the sky meets the light,
Wings spread wide, we embrace our flight.

Clouds like cotton, so soft and so bright,
Carrying hopes, taking sorrow from sight.
Through storms and through sunshine, we’ll journey on,
Chasing horizons until the day is gone.

A symphony of freedom, the wind’s sweet caress,
In every flap and flutter, we find our happiness.
So let us soar high, let the earth slip away,
In the boundless sky, we find our own way.

For in every ascent, there’s a story to tell,
Of dreams that take wing, of hearts that swell.
So here’s to the moments when we take that flight,
Where every adventure ignites the night.

    Three Things Challenge #MM96

Your final three words for this week are:
    SQUEAK
    RUB
    RASH

There once was a mouse with a squeak,
Who found a soft rug in a peak.
With a rub, it felt fine,
    But then came a line,
Of rash on his skin, oh so bleak!

    Screws Loose

The shrew has some screws loose.

    They need to be tighten

but how can it be done.

I dont know what to do

Do I chance it and do it myself?

Or, do I leave it alone

    and deal with her wrath?
