A Christmas Delight

All the bells and whistles, shiny and bright,
Pretty little bows that sit on top of presents,
With ribbons so neat, and colors so pleasant,
All that is waiting for is the elves’ delight,
To press the buttons, so they can be sent,
On their merry way, with joy and sheer delight.

A Christmas Embrace

Merry Christmas, everyone. Carol Anne and I collaborated to create this double haiku. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Silent snowfall drifts,
Joy and laughter fill the air,
Christmas day is here.

Warm fires crackle bright,
Families gather around,
Love’s light shines so clear.
