Leadership and Personal Growth

In my professional life, I view myself as a confident leader who makes tough decisions and guides my team toward success. Leadership feels natural for me.

Outside of work, however, I tend to be more of a follower due to my desire to please others and avoid conflict, which often leads me to neglect my own needs. I’m actively working on overcoming this habit and learning to prioritize my well-being.

I’ve seen positive progress in putting myself first, but I recognize there’s always more room for growth, and I’m committed to continuous improvement.

Leader or Follower

Are you a leader or a follower?

At work, I see myself as a leader, capable of making tough decisions and confident in my abilities. I believe in taking charge and guiding my team to success. I have a natural inclination towards leadership and am comfortable in this role.

However, outside of work, I tend to be more of a follower. This tendency comes from my habit of trying to please everyone and avoid conflict. I’ve realized that this behavior has led me to neglect my own needs by saying yes to everything. I’m actively working on overcoming this people-pleasing tendency and learning to prioritize my well-being.

I’ve been making progress in putting my needs first and have seen positive growth in this area. While I’ve improved, I acknowledge that there’s always room for further development, and I’m committed to continuous improvement.
