I learned that honey doesn’t go bad because it has very little water and is acidic. This makes it hard for bacteria and other germs to grow in it. That’s why archaeologists have found jars of honey in old tombs that are still good to eat!

Instead, let’s play and breathe in the air!
For every shiny trinket, a lesson to glean,
In the wild mess of life, we find what we mean.
