Adult tantrums, Tempered and wild, Grown-ups acting like a child. Frustrations unchecked, Emotions untamed, Rationality, completely drained.
— Words thrown like daggers, Actions fueled by rage, A storm brewing on life’s stage. But when the storm passes, And the dust settles down, Regret and shame, wearing a frown.
— For in this moment, We forget our age, And unleash our inner rage.
— So let’s take a breath, And count to ten, Before we lose ourselves again. Adult tantrums, Tempered they may be, But the damage they cause, we’ll forever see.

Sally put sauce on her apple tart, ‘Cause without it, it’d surely fall apart. It gave the tart a little extra flair, And she ate it all without a single scare!

Welcome to the shanty, said the girl, Where the walls are thin and the roof’s a-twirl. The mice may scurry, the roof may leak, But our spirits are high, never meek. So come on in and have a seat, In this shanty where life’s a treat!
In a patch of round pumpkins, one stood square, Different and unique, but beyond compare. It inspired others to embrace what makes them distinct, For in being true to ourselves, we find strength to coexist.
In every language, in every land, Love is a language we all understand. It comes in many forms, in many ways, And in our hearts, it forever stays.
–
First, there is the love of a mother, Pure and unconditional, like no other. It comforts us when we are in pain, And guides us through sunshine and rain.
– Then there is the love of a father, Strong and protective, like a sturdy anchor. He teaches us to stand tall and strong, And to always right the wrong.
– Next, there is the love of a friend, A bond that will never bend. They laugh with us, and wipe our tears, And stay by our side through the years.
– Romantic love, passionate and wild, Makes us feel like we’re flying, not mild. It fills us with butterflies and glee, And sets our hearts and souls free.
– Family love, blood is not the key, For love knows no boundaries, it’s plain to see. They are the ones who know us best, And love us unconditionally, above the rest.
– Self-love, often forgotten or ignored, But it’s the most important, that’s for sure. It’s learning to accept ourselves, flaws and all, And standing tall, even when we fall.
– Love for nature, for all living things, For the beauty that the world brings. Gentle and nurturing, it reminds us to care, And always to be kind and fair.
– Last but not least, there is love for life, For all its ups and downs, the joy and the strife. It teaches us lessons, and gives us a chance, To spread love and happiness, with every glance.
– So let us celebrate all the types of love, Sent from the heavens, from the powers above. For it’s what makes us human, what makes us whole, And fills our hearts with a fire, a burning coal.
