Whispers of Serenity

Special thanks to my collaborator on this Rengay, Anthony mylovexpressionsblog.wordpress.com

Contemplate quiet
Think hard as silence surrounds
Peaceful place, indeed.
Gentle breeze whispers my thoughts,
Nature’s calm wraps me in light.

Quiet Moments

Lunchtime comes around
Joy spreads through me as I know
Peace will come to me
I stay in while others roam.
Time for some quiet I crave.

Quiet No More

Once upon a time
There was quiet at work
Where people got along
And no shouts could be heard

Things are now different.
Where once there was peace,
Now, there is chaos
Loud disagreements are the norm.

Tension builds in the air
No way to escape
No one to help to ease
Away the tension

Oh, how I miss the good old days
And often dream and hope that they will return
But alas it does not look like
That will happen anytime soon.

Sit quiet alone.

Do not speak a single word.

Not a syllable.

Breathe in positivity

Breathe out negativity
