Ink and Imagination

In the quiet of my inner space,
I dip my pen into the ink,
And bring to life a scene or face,
Drawing stories with each distinct link.

Embracing the Summer Joy

The sun is really hot in the summer,
The air is thick, and the sky is bright.

Children have fun playing in the heat,
Everything feels happy and alive.

Let’s enjoy this time and appreciate every day,

Inner Dawn

The radiance of life is in you
Believe and it will be true

Let your inner light shine through
It will change your view

The journey begins when you embrace you.
Take a moment and begin to pursue

The strength within will guide you anew,
As you rise with the dawn, breaking through.

The Dancing Thong

In a bustling city throng,
There danced a lone thong,
It bounced and pranced all along,
Singing a strange old song.

With a ping and a pong,
It captivated the throng,
Gathering a curious throng,
To join in the odd, merry song.

Love’s Eternal Art

Missing someone is like an empty space,

A void that cannot be filled.

A longing for their presence,

A heart that constantly yearns.

It’s like a piece of me is gone,

A puzzle with a missing piece.

Life feels incomplete,

Without you by my side.

I miss the sound of your laughter,

The warmth of your embrace.

The way you held my hand,

And wiped away my tears.

Days and nights pass by,

But the feeling remains the same.

The memories we shared,

Are all that I have left.

I long for your voice,

To hear you say my name.

I miss the way you looked at me,

With love in your eyes.

Every moment without you,

Seems never-ending.

I count down the days,

Till we can be together again.

My heart aches for you,

In ways I never knew.

Missing you is a constant battle,

That I am yet to win.

But I hold on to the hope,

That one day we’ll reunite.

And all this pain and longing,

Will fade away in the light.

Until then, I’ll keep missing you,

With every beat of my heart.

For no matter how far apart we are,

We are connected by love’s eternal art.

Poetry

Unconventional Strength

Pathetic, feeble, weak I may seem,
But in my mind, I reign as supreme.
With muscles like noodles, and no strength to speak,
I’m a champion in the game of being unique.

I may lift a feather and call it a feat,
While others carry boulders down the street.
My feeble attempts at looking tough,
End up being laughably not so rough.

Pathetic, feeble, weak, they say with a grin,
But I embrace it all and take it on the chin.
For in my world, strength is overrated,
I’ll stick to being me, never outdated.

Poetry

Breaking Through

I wake up with a heavy heart,

Filled with thoughts that tear me apart.

Negativity clouds my mind,

Leaving no room for peace to find.

I see the world through a darkened lens,

Unable to see the beauty that transcends.

My thoughts are consumed by fear and doubt,

Leaving me feeling lost and without.

I try to shake off this heavy weight,

But it clings to me with relentless hate.

I long for the light to break through,

And lift me from this darkened view.

But for now, I must face the day,

With a mindset that leads me astray.

I know that I must find a way,

To break free from this negative sway.

So I’ll take a deep breath and try to see,

The good that surrounds and sets me free.

I’ll push through the darkness and find the light,

And banish this negativity from my sight.
