Today was quite an interesting day. A couple of days ago, I decided to take my grandmother and uncle grocery shopping. I have to say, it wasn’t as bad as it usually is. My uncle wasn’t as aggravating as normal, though he was still a bit annoying. I also had to bring my brother along, which made me feel uneasy because we don’t always see eye to eye on things, but I know my uncle likes him there and my brother can talk to my uncle better than I can.
After grocery shopping, we had lunch at Jack in the Box, where my uncle had a deal, so we took advantage of that. Once I got home, I relaxed on the computer, did some writing, and prepared my post for tomorrow. I also did some artwork again, as well as some personal coloring. Overall, I would say today was very productive.
My day began with a therapy appointment, and I have to say it was exactly what I needed. Dr. B provided valuable insights that helped me work through the challenges I’ve been facing with my social anxiety. It felt good to talk openly about my feelings and learn new strategies for managing my anxiety. As part of the session, I received some homework—yay! 😂
After the appointment, I spent some time working on my artwork, which was fantastic. I haven’t had the opportunity to immerse myself in my creative projects for quite a while, and it felt refreshing to express myself through art again. I find that creating helps me relax and serves as a wonderful outlet for my emotions.
Once I finish my artwork, I’ll be sure to share it with everyone. Overall, it’s been a fulfilling day, and I feel optimistic about what’s ahead.

If I had a sports team, my mascot would totally be a dolphin. And just to clear things up, it’s not because of the Miami Dolphins – they’re not even close to my favorite football team! Dolphins are super smart, playful, and they’ve got some pretty cool social vibes going on. I’d go for team colors in different shades of blue and gray, just like those awesome dolphins in the ocean.
I’m most happy when I hang out with friends, as we share laughs and create great memories together. Painting and drawing bring me joy too; I love expressing myself creatively and getting lost in the process.
