Need to think
Before I speak
The words tumble out
Before I had a chance
To stop them
The instant silence is deafening
Many scenarios playing in my head
On how to fix what I have said and what they are thinking
But none of them play out
I instantly apologize

Here is a slender version of Winnie the Pooh. I like how it turned out. I just wish he were a little chunkier, but I will work on it.

On the 4th of July, all dressed in red, white, and blue,
We celebrate America, and all the fun things we can do.
We watch fireworks light up the sky,
And have a barbecue with burgers and apple pie.
We wave flags and march in a parade,
And spend time with family, not in the shade.
So, let’s cheer for the USA, our land so grand,
Happy 4th of July let’s give a hand!

The sun is really hot in the summer,
The air is thick, and the sky is bright.
The trees look beautiful with their leaves glowing,
Children have fun playing in the heat,
Everything feels happy and alive.
Let’s enjoy this time and appreciate every day,
Because summer is really special.

I need to visit soon, I can already tell
How I have missed you, under the sky so free
And the things I can see, make my soul flee

The Grim Reaper is a sight to see,
With cloak and scythe, as tall as can be.
He roams around with a wicked grin,
But don’t worry, he’s just here to win!
With a laugh that sends shivers down your spine,
He’s not as scary as he seems, most of the time.
So if you meet him, don’t let out a peep,
He’s just doing his job, so let him reap!

I was taking a look at the post I made, and I remember that I had drawn another Hulk before, so I have decided to post it here. I absolutely love how this one turned out, especially the eyes. The shading and detailing really bring out the intensity and power of the character. I hope others enjoy it as much as I do!

One day I decided to draw a castle. At the time that I drew this it was the most challenging thing that I have ever drawn. I love how it came out and I like the way that I colored it.

The second favorite character from the movie that my niece loved was Anna. I decided to draw it for her as well when she was younger. This is my take on it. I remember how challenging it was to draw her at the time, struggling to get her features just right. Now, looking back, I wonder how much I have improved. Perhaps it’s time to revisit Anna and sketch her again, to see how my skills have developed.

When I drew this my niece was in love with the movie Frozen. One of her favorite characters was Elsa. I drew this for her and she loved it.
