Step back and be free, let your own self decide.
Control your own feelings, let them flow and roam,
Find your own way, create your own home.
Don’t sell me your sorrow, or joy wrapped in fear,
I need my own colors, my heart’s voice to hear.
So walk on your path, let your spirit take flight,
I’ll walk on my journey, and I’ll find my own light.
Soft petals unfurl
Bathed in the morning sunlight
A garden awakes
Whispers of dew drop
Dance on leaves, a gentle song
Nature’s breath begins
I am finished living this way,
In shadows where I sway.
Change feels heavy, like a stone,
I stand still, lost and alone.
I don’t know what to do,
Or how to find a path that’s new.
Fear wraps tight, like a chain,
Paralyzed by hope and pain.
But somewhere deep inside,
A whisper calls, a wish, a guide.
Though change is hard, I’ll find the light,
And step forward, into the fight.
In a lab where the science excels,
They studied the life in the cells.
With microscopes near,
They’d gather each year,
Finding secrets that nature compels.
Tickle me Pickle, that silly fellow,
Turns into a prune whenever it’s mellow.
It wriggles and giggles, oh what a hoot,
Until it becomes a prune, then it can’t scoot!
But when the sun shines and the laughter is bright,
It dances and twirls, a joyful sight.
With friends all around, it’s never alone,
In the pickle patch party, it’s right at home!
Open arms invite,
Hearts collide in warm moments,
Love’s tender cradle.
Frosty the snowman was quite precise,
In his fashion choices, he took no advice.
His hat and scarf came at a hefty price,
But his cool demeanor was never on ice!
With buttons gleaming like a starry night,
He danced through the town, a joyful sight.
Children would cheer, their faces alight,
For Frosty’s style brought pure delight!
Glimmer of hope starts to fade away
What was once golden is now rust
Trying to gain what is lost is a hopeless
For that moment has long passed
In shadows of memories, we linger still,
Chasing echoes of dreams that time can’t fulfill.
Yet in the silence, a whisper remains,
A flicker of strength to endure through the pains.
Someone is frustrated
By things that can’t change
Change that mindset,
Let your heart rearrange.
Embrace the morning sun,
Let go of yesterday’s weight,
For every end holds a beginning,
In every twist, don’t hesitate.
Breathe deep in the stillness,
Find strength in the calm,
Each moment a fleeting whisper,
A chance to reclaim your charm.
Let worries drift like autumn leaves,
Soar with winds of hope anew,
In the garden of your spirit,
Plant dreams and watch them bloom.
Though storms may shake your foundation,
And shadows may cloud your day,
With courage, you can rise again,
And illuminate your own way.
Petunia the pig, so round and so pink,
Loves to splash in the mud, it’s her favorite drink.
Leaving a messy trail wherever she strays,
Causing mayhem for others in so many ways.
With a snort and a giggle, she’ll roll in the mire,
Leaving behind a scene that others must admire.
But despite the chaos she tends to incite,
Petunia’s joyful spirit is always warm and bright.
So let her revel in her muddy spree,
For Petunia the pig is happy as can be.
Like a moth to a flame, watch out for you
Get burned if you’re too close now.

I dip my pen into the ink,
And bring to life a scene or face,

The sun is really hot in the summer,
The air is thick, and the sky is bright.
The trees look beautiful with their leaves glowing,
Children have fun playing in the heat,
Everything feels happy and alive.
Let’s enjoy this time and appreciate every day,
Because summer is really special.
