Max the Crafty Cat

Your three words today are:
CRAFTY
NIPPY
CHEEKY

In a town where the weather was chilly and nippy,
Lived a cat named Max, oh so crafty and cheeky.
With a flick of his tail, he’d cause such a fuss,
Sneaking treats and toys, oh, he loved to make a mess!

One fine day, he dared Rufus, the dog,
To a race by the shed—oh, what a slog!
Max dashed off so quick, leaving poor Rufus confused,
Crafty and cheeky, he simply refused to lose!

So here’s to dear Max, with his playful little ways,
In a world full of laughter, he brightens our days!

Poetry

Chasing Glamour

Victoria had a dream so bright,
She longed for things that sparkled in light.
With style and grace, she made her stand,
For swanky treasures, she had it planned.

No simple joys could catch her eye,
She reached for glamour that soared high.
In every shop, her heart would race,
Chasing glitz in every place.

With swanky clothes and shiny shoes,
She knew her worth, she’d never lose.
For in her world of shimmering finds,
Victoria sought the best that shines.

Wings of Dawn

In the dawn’s gentle hue, the world awakens,
With whispers of dreams that the night has shaken.
Up above, where the sky meets the light,
Wings spread wide, we embrace our flight.

Clouds like cotton, so soft and so bright,
Carrying hopes, taking sorrow from sight.
Through storms and through sunshine, we’ll journey on,
Chasing horizons until the day is gone.

A symphony of freedom, the wind’s sweet caress,
In every flap and flutter, we find our happiness.
So let us soar high, let the earth slip away,
In the boundless sky, we find our own way.

For in every ascent, there’s a story to tell,
Of dreams that take wing, of hearts that swell.
So here’s to the moments when we take that flight,
Where every adventure ignites the night.

Poetry

Screws Loose

The shrew has some screws loose.

They need to be tighten

but how can it be done.

I dont know what to do

Do I chance it and do it myself?

Or, do I leave it alone

and deal with her wrath?

Dreams of a Lawncare Dreamer

Your three words today are:
LAWN
COST
PRICE

Larry sat with thoughts in bloom,
Wondering why the jobs won’t zoom.
His price was fair, his heart in tune,
Dreaming of lawns beneath the moon.

With mower in hand, he’ll find his way,
To cut through doubt and seize the day.

Poetry

A Call for Understanding

Please take a step back, hear my plea,
Not everything revolves around thee.
You’re not always right, take a pause,
Lend me your ear, consider my cause.

I have some knowledge, a thing or two,
Let’s share our thoughts, me and you.
In this conversation, let’s both be wise,
Open your heart, and we can rise.

The Art of Packing Light

Jeremy had a perfect hack,
On how to pack with no slack.
With clothes neatly rolled,
And secrets upheld,
He traveled light on the track.

The Harmony of Harp and Crumpet

Your three words today are:
STRING
HARP
CRUMPET

In a land where melodies dance and leap,
A harp strummed softly, making shadows creep.
But a crumpet, so round, had a sticky jam dart,
It wiggled and giggled, stealing the harp’s heart.

“Play me a tune!” the crumpet did plead,
But the harp just laughed, “I’m not here for bread’s need!”
So they jammed together, what a quirky sight,
A stringed serenade, with a crumpet’s delight!

Now they’re quite a pair, strumming through the days,
Harp tunes and crumpets in a buttery haze!

Poetry

Hibiscus Flower

In a garden where sunbeams empower,
Stood a bold and bright Hibiscus flower.
With petals so wide,
In beauty, it bides,
Turning heads with its vibrant color power!

Poetry

The Sweet Dilemma

Yummy, delicious cakes

So many to choose from

Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, and many more.

Oh! which one to choose,

Too many choices

I can’t decide

Whatever will I do?

Aww, I know

I will eat them all

Nothing can go wrong with that,

Right?

Poetry

Restless Soul

Oh restless soul, tossed at sea,
Yearning for calm, trying to be free.
Worries swirl like a stormy night,
Searching for peace, but finding fright.

Hands that shake, a heart that sighs,
Longing for quiet beneath dark skies.
Though chaos reigns, and stress seems great,
A spark of hope can change your fate.

So let it flow, the storm within,
Feel the strength that lies in you, begin.
With each deep breath, let worries fade,
Find your calm, in the light that’s made.

Me

I am…

gentle yet mischievous,
witty with a hint of brave,
awkward moments fill my days,
stubbornness, a double-edged wave.

I can be nice, or sometimes mean,
find joy in math, but science, I disdain.
I laugh out loud, yet ponder deep,
a mix of feelings, joy, and pain.

Insecure, yet brave at heart,
joyful, angry, torn apart.
Sadness lingers, fear can creep,
envious glances, loneliness, steep.

This is me, the bittersweet blend,
the good and the bad, without end.

The Joyful Clown in the Park

In the park, a clown stands bright,
With big shoes and a smile so light,
Bringing joy to hearts in sight.

Children giggles as he leaps in delight.
While expertly juggling water balloons
In the park, a clown stands bright.

With colors so vivid, his laughter feels the air
As people gather ’round, joining in without care.
With big shoes and a smile so light.

With big shoes and a smile so light,
He dances through the crowd,
Bringing joy to hearts in sight.
