QOTD Skill

What skill would you like to learn?

I would like to learn to play the piano because I have always been drawn to the beautiful and versatile sound of the instrument. The piano has the ability to produce a wide range of tones and emotions, and I am fascinated by the idea of being able to create such expressive music with my own hands. I also believe that playing the piano would provide me with a creative outlet and a means of relaxation, as well as a way to connect with others through the universal language of music.

        1. I got one to fit in my room. It’s a full size and it’s still small because it’s digital. If you get a digital one they’re really small, but they could still be a full piano.

      1. Yeah it gets frustrating because you’re not able to play chords when they do that and makes it just sound horrible at times. Amd a mistake id rather not repeat myself.. lol

  1. I myself used to play guitar and hadnt played since highschool but later in life went with a ukulele and can play pretty much anything on it but switched due to size restraints because we went to a minimalist lifestyle.

    1. Guitar seems like something I would also like to learn as well. I played the flute in high school but havent touched it since. I think I need to get back to that as well.

      1. Guitar can be daunting at time but then again any instrument is when first starting out, as you already know from your experiance. Our son was a self taught guitar player, he’s toured the nation now and has played as a studio musician in Nashville well. I decided to fo small because as I said we was on a size constraint. Chose the ukulele due to its size, I’ve got a soprano which everyone thinks of when you say ukulele and tenor which is about twice the size.

  2. I definitely agree with you on this one. Piano would be a cool skill to learn just because of how many options of music you can play on it.
