Love

In every language, in every land,
Love is a language we all understand.
It comes in many forms, in many ways,
And in our hearts, it forever stays.

First, there is the love of a mother,
Pure and unconditional, like no other.
It comforts us when we are in pain,
And guides us through sunshine and rain.

Then there is the love of a father,
Strong and protective, like a sturdy anchor.
He teaches us to stand tall and strong,
And to always right the wrong.

Next, there is the love of a friend,
A bond that will never bend.
They laugh with us, and wipe our tears,
And stay by our side through the years.

Romantic love, passionate and wild,
Makes us feel like we’re flying, not mild.
It fills us with butterflies and glee,
And sets our hearts and souls free.

Family love, blood is not the key,
For love knows no boundaries, it’s plain to see.
They are the ones who know us best,
And love us unconditionally, above the rest.

Self-love, often forgotten or ignored,
But it’s the most important, that’s for sure.
It’s learning to accept ourselves, flaws and all,
And standing tall, even when we fall.

Love for nature, for all living things,
For the beauty that the world brings.
Gentle and nurturing, it reminds us to care,
And always to be kind and fair.

Last but not least, there is love for life,
For all its ups and downs, the joy and the strife.
It teaches us lessons, and gives us a chance,
To spread love and happiness, with every glance.

So let us celebrate all the types of love,
Sent from the heavens, from the powers above.
For it’s what makes us human, what makes us whole,
And fills our hearts with a fire, a burning coal.

Safe Space

In a safe space, we find peace and grace,

Where judgment and fear have no place.

A haven where hearts can open wide,

And souls can freely dance and glide.

In this sanctuary, we’re free to be,

No masks, no pretense, just you and me.

A refuge from the storms outside,

Where love and acceptance will abide.

In a safe space, we can heal and grow,

Embracing our truth, letting our light show.

With kindness as our guiding star,

We find belonging, no matter who we are.

So let’s create safe spaces, far and near,

Where everyone’s worth is crystal clear.

In these havens, let love embrace,

And together, we’ll thrive in safe space.

Welcome June🏊‍♀️

June is my favorite month of the year. The three main reasons are the weather, swimming, and my birthday. I love June’s warm, sunny days, which are perfect for spending time outdoors and enjoying nature. Swimming in a pool or at the beach is another month’s highlight. Lastly, celebrating my birthday in June makes it even more special and memorable.

I love the weather in June. The June gloom, where it’s cloudy and gloomy in the morning and then the sun breaks through, always makes my heart sing. Also, in June, the weather is not as hot as the later months of the summer can be. It’s just the perfect balance for me.

I have consistently recognized it as the start of summer, when I can swim more than any other time. When swimming, I am at peace with myself and let all the stress and worries fade away. It’s when I feel truly relaxed and free, with the water enveloping me and the sun’s warmth on my skin. Swimming allows me to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy the moment, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated afterward.

Lastly, and most importantly, it is my birthday month. I haven’t always had good birthdays, but I am always excited for them, even now that I am older. I dream of doing something I have never done before for this birthday, but we will see. At the moment, I have nothing planned. I want to make this birthday a memorable and special one.

June is a wonderful month for me because it combines enjoyable weather, fun activities, and personal significance. The warm, sunny days make it ideal for outdoor adventures and spending time with loved ones. Additionally, June holds special personal significance for me, making it a month I always look forward to.

What is the legacy you want to leave behind?

I want to leave behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and making a positive impact on the world. I hope to be remembered as someone who always tried to help others, spread love and positivity, and make a difference in the lives of those around me. I want to inspire others to be the best version of themselves and to always strive to make the world a better place.
